A devoted mother and full-time professional, she is also a resilient survivor. Refusing to let trauma define her family, she chose healing and strength instead. Through daily commitment, she continues to build resilience and inspire others to do the same.

A full-time professional and devoted mother, she is also a survivor who chose to rewrite her story. When devastating news threatened to shape her family’s future, she refused to pass down a legacy of trauma. Instead, she focused on what she could control, showing up for herself each day with resilience and determination.
Balancing motherhood with her career, she committed to fitness as a daily practice of self-love and healing.
What began as a personal journey soon evolved into a vibrant community founded on connection, encouragement, and shared victories. Through this, she discovered that progress may be personal, but it is never solitary.
Now, she is pursuing powerlifting as a bold new challenge, not simply for medals, but as a declaration of strength, courage, and breaking cycles. She wants her children to see that trauma does not define them; their choices and resilience do.
As a Youthful Revival ambassador, she stands for growth, empowerment, and transformation, proving that true revival comes from within.

Her Story
Her journey began in a small town in India, where she grew up with big dreams but limited opportunities. Life transformed when she moved to the UK with her husband. Together they built a new life from the ground up, and as their two children grew older, Smita found the space to rediscover herself, her passions, and her ambitions.
With a deep love for food and culture, Smita launched Bombay Treat, offering authentic Indian street food and soft cream cakes. What started as a small idea quickly became a local favourite, strengthening her belief that she could create something of her own in a new country.
As the demands of family life and a rapidly growing business increased, Smita made the difficult decision to pause Bombay Treat. However, she never stopped dreaming. Instead, she found a new way to express herself and connect with others, through social media.
Smita began sharing her everyday life, fashion, culture, and lifestyle on Instagram and YouTube. Her honesty, creativity, and the way she beautifully blends her Indian heritage with her life in the UK resonated with many.
Alongside her work as a content creator, Smita is part of the Business Development Team at World Travel Experience (WTX), an Indian tourism company. She recently represented the brand at WTM London 2025, building industry connections and contributing to new business growth.
Smita’s story is one of reinvention, resilience, and self-belief, from a small town in India to a UK-based entrepreneur, content creator, and business professional. As a Youthful Revival Ambassador, she is passionate about inspiring other women, especially mothers and immigrants, to believe in their potential, invest in their self-confidence, and never be afraid to take the next step in their journey.
